information and certain choices and rights you with respect to your information.
By accessing the Platform, at your option, registering thereon and thereafter using the

This Privacy Policy applies when you
access and use our Platform, participate in any of our
classes, plans, programs, challenges, or coaching, purchase our products, communicate
with us, including through email and text messages, use our social media pages, and
otherwise interact with us, our Coaches and our products and services (collectively, the
“Services”). We collect information (including Personal Information) from and about you
directly from you, from other sources and third-parties, and automatically when you access
and use the Platform and Services.
We have created this Platform to provide you with our
Services. While our workout and
nutrition recommendations consider several factors specific to each individual, including
anthropometric data, fitness goals and lifestyle factors, we are not a medical organization,
and our recommended workout plans and specific exercises should not be misconstrued as
medical advice, prescriptions, or diagnoses.
Information We Collect
Fitness and Health Related Information. When you use certain Services (e.g., training programs, personalized fitness plan, one-on-one coaching, challenges, and cycle tracking, prenatal, and postnatal programs), you can choose to provide and we may collect information such as your weight; height; body mass index; body temperature; menstrual cycle dates; details of your pregnancy; and general physical health. Communications. We also collect information, including Personal Information, you submit in the Platform’s messaging and chat features and in your other communications with us, our Coaches and our customer-support team.
Photos and Videos. We collect photos and videos you choose to provide in utilizing our Services, such as a photo you submit for your profile picture on the Platform or a movement assessment video you submit in connection with our personal training services. We use your photos and videos for internal purposes only, such as providing our Services and improving our user experience. By submitting a photograph or video to our Platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection, use, and storage thereof.
Employment Information. We collect Personal Information directly from you when you apply for a job with us through the Platform. The categories of personal information we collect include name, address, age, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, social media accounts, education and employment information, instructional workout video of yourself, and/or other Personal Information you may choose to provide us. This information will be collected on the job application form and/or other documents provided directly to us in connection with the application process.
With your consent, we connect to third-party services, to enable us to import your health
and fitness data into the Platform. Based on the permissions you provide, such imported
data may include fitness activities, weight, height, BMI, calories burned, heart rate, step
count, and other activity data. Importing this data is subject to the third-party privacy
policy
and terms.
Information We Collect Automatically: When you access and use the
Platform and Services,
we and our third-party service providers automatically collect certain information,
including
Personal Information, as described below in more detail.
Usage Details: Information
about your access to and use of the Platform and Services,
including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data, as well as the
resources that you access and use on or through the Platform, such as the pages you
viewed, the Services you used or interacted with, your browser type, and details about any

Device Information: Information about your device and internet connection, including

device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, and mobile
network information. For example, we may collect IP addresses from you as part of our sign
in and security features.

Platform development and management, product fulfilment and shipments, information
